Where to get exhaust installed

This will be my first time getting anything done to my Evo X MR and am clueless as to where to get my exhaust intsalled. In the future, I will plan on getting more mods, as I learn.

Can anyone kindly recommend me a place?
To be specific , I'm in LA.

Sorry if I sound noob, please understand
Thanks.

This would prolly be better on the regional forums or maybe the SoCal Evo website.

why not do it yourself?

over the weekend, a friend helped install a Greddy SE catback exhaust. took us an hour and a half but thats just because we took our time. looking back it should have not taken more than an hour.

in a way i felt we were still lucky because although its a 2008, my car only had 10k miles and saw winter just last year so the 2 bolts holding the catback to the cat came off without incident.

we first backed the car onto some ramps and then jacked up the front of the car.

You could either diy, or just call exhaust shops and get estimates. I'm sure there is some motor sports place to do it for a little cheaper.

I suggest DIY as well. The worst part is breaking bolts from the cat. Nothing some PB blast can't take care of. When I had my ralliart I installed the HKS Legamax catback by myself. The only part that is nice with an extra set of hands is taking the stock muffler out and putting the new one up since they both weighed a good amount.

I think he gets the point, but seriously if this is your first time get some help from a fellow member. As soon as you do this install you will have the confidence to do the other simple bolt ons, thats how everyone got started.

Do it yourself. It's simple...

lift car up, remove bolts/exhaust, put new exhaust/tighten bolts. DONE. Save the $80 dollars or whatever the cost maybe on something more useful.

DIY all the way bud. All the exhausts you buy from vendors are mostly bolt on and and have been engineered and tested to perform well on the evo X.
