delaminating headlight

delaminating headlight

Okay I was wondering before I do take my evo in of headlights would fall under Warrenty? My passengers side head light is starting to delaminate and flaking off already and its a 2010.. anyone else experienced this before?

I would take it to the dealer, seems like a fault that the dealership should be responsible for

The dealer isn't responsible for anything, they're just an agent authorized to perform repairs on Mitsubishi's behalf. This does sound like a valid warranty claim unless you've been involved in a collision.

Correct,
That is how I mean't to word it, the dealership isn't responsible but they have an obligation to uphold Mitsu's warrenty. Just take it in, I personally haven't seen this issue but I'm sure the dealership I work out would replace it. Good luck though.
