Does anyone think it's odd that Mitsubishi hasn't done even a styling refresh on the car seeing it's been out since 2008? Subaru has made bucket loads of cash simply off mild restyles as it's crazy how many 2008-2010 owners traded in their WRX/STI's in for 2011 versions. They did the same thing with the bugeye to blobeye to hawkeye conversions where guys traded in older models for new versions of the same car. I like the EVO X styling but a few new wrinkles would be nice.

Hmm... The Aero kit (Exterior Package) no longer comes with different side skirts? Rear Park assist sensors?

Most everything else is the same though..

well, they use different metal for some parts to make the 2012 one lighter. The 2012 one may accelerate faster but for sure that you may not even feel it.

If the 2011 is brand spanking new, I would say yes. Thats one less year of depreciation on selling/trade in. Plus theres no major changes. But the 2011's will drop significantly in price once the 2012's are out and there are 2011's sitting on lots.

Looks like there's two new options:

Rear parking sensors (probably a beeping intensity thing)

and

Interior illumination kit (light up your floor boards and other stuff).

I wonder if either can be retrofitted.. Hmmm
