I thought the GSR and MR were the same car with slight differences, until I had a chance to ride on an MR today. Guys, they are so radically different.

The MR's twin clutch tranny shifts so passionlessly and it kills all the neck-snapping torque. And the downshift just doesn't feel right: it's nowhere near a GT-R or a 458 Italia.

If the GSR is an everything killer true supercar, MR is sadly a heavily castrated poor little supercar. I feel we need to reprogram their ECU and rescue these poor little cars from crazy Mitsubishi race-bashing, "drive on earth" addicted executives so bad.

 

I've never driven an MR but sometimes I do wish I had one (In traffic). I love my GSR though

Price difference on the cars you are refering to? That is like comparing apples to penguins.

 

Put it in Sport, Super Sport, or paddle shift mode. Normal mode is designed for nice smooth daily-driving.
