Out with the old, in with the new, well kind of

In July I sold my modded tarmac black evo ix se pushing 500whp. Shortly after I purchased a '11 BMW 135I M-sport. I thought this would be a good progression in my car buying career, and would represent me moving from "tuner cars".

The 135i was great don't get me wrong. Lots of power (230/276 {evo/sti but down 210/210 on the same dyno}), super smooth drivability, decent mpg, and it had all the goodies of a BMW. Some how everyday I would get out of the car and feel something was lacking, I'm not sure what it was. The thought would often occur to me; If this is the ultimate driving experiance, what a waste of time.

Anyways, I traded the BMW in for a 2011 EVO X MR.

So, is that a typo?: 2011 evo ix MR? I assume you bought an X. In any event, you have good taste in cars. The IX you had sounded like a beast and the 135 M Sport is a superb car. But, the Evo has that caged lion type of personality that let's you know that you have a beast on your hands. Congrats!

As long as you're happy man

I'd prefer the 135 to the X IMO of course

Nice, I'm sure you'll love the X! I know I do...no regrets selling my IX for it.

Both cars are nice but the X is just amazing. You also got the best color... Apex Silver ftw

You don't happen to live/work near the Lucent buildings do you? I had some guy in a debadged 135i about 2 weeks ago trying to show off and I wasn't the least bit interested in stomping it. My IX is GG with Red BBS', i'm sure you would remember seeing me.

As for the X... No comment and good luck lol. I know Tobz likes them. = )

After clicking your pics I'm 99.9% sure it was you based on your license plate hahaha, small world. Pretty sure I would have smashed you man. ; )

I assure you that wasn`t me, I got rid of the BMW in Oct. I would never debadge a BMW!! My rims were custom powdercoated just for me, the car stood out like a sore thumb. My driver license and insurance rates are not worth compensating for any short comings as a man!

I am sure you would have stomped that car! The cars wiegh the same and the platform is stuck at 425 RWHP.
