My car driving u-turn experience, from best to worst
95 neon > 2000 dodge caravan > 2009 GT-R (this one REALLY surprised me with how sharp it turned) > 2011 evo X > 2003 evo 8 > full size dodge van > 2002 eclipse GT (yes... 3G eclipses really are that bad at turning...)
In practical terms, an Evo X isn't going to whip around to park in slanted spots the wrong way like the neon could, but you also won't be fumbling around in the drive-thru/bank window like the 3G Eclipse

I'm thinking you people seriously cannot drive? I can u turn and 3point turn anywhere I please. Coming from a 1995 gmc Cheyenne that is 30ft long makes the Evo look like cake
What most people don't do is hug your curb before trying the turn. Inches matter (that's what she said)

My X was just a bad as my IX was when it came to U-turns. Both cars suck at u-turns. But, it's a game of give and take. Mitsu could have made the Evo make a u-turn easier - but that would be at the expense of the steering ratio and you would lose much of the "feel" and accuracy of the steering. I prefer to have a crappy u-turn and have the precise, surgical steering that is a trademark of the Evo

Had to make a u-turn today and I thought of this thread so I took a quick video. Didn't have the GoPro in the car so I had to use the cell phone.

What is really strikes me here all joke a side, one of the most basics skill (if you dont know the basics how the hell you are driving and got a license) is discussed in the high powered car forum.
And really dos not matter you know it in theoratically....
Usa really need a huge overhaul at dmv. And punish those who let people drive without a neccesery skills and health. Like they have to gave they instructor license number to yours for a first one year. So it can be traced back who the hell let some people loose...
