So my heater doesn't work anymore. Everything works fine except for the heat. The dealer told me I needed a new climate control unit so I found a used unit and swapped them to still have the same problem. What could be my problem?

 

you probably need the actuator that control the heat. one way to find out to see if it is working properly is remove your glove box and look up in there while you turn the climate back and forth.

 

I'll check and see. Hope those things aren't expensive

 

check if your the coolant switch(or whatever it is call) is not stuck. i dont know about the evo x but on my evo 9, the lever was stuck so all it was doing was blowing cold air even though i switch it to hot. i had to manually move the level by hand a few time for it to work again.
