Moving to E85
So I finally have a station about 8 miles away, and I'd like to move to E85.
Right now engine is totally stock. I run the off the shelf Stage 1 Accessport map.
Plans are: Test pipe, intake, then stage 2 OTS map.
After that I have DW850 Injectors (not yet installed). I can either scale myself or go to the Stage 2 OTS map for 800cc for that as well.
Long term will be full turbo back, downpipe, UICP, LICP, intercooler and last of all a full professional tune to get the most out of this.
I will remain stock motor/stock turbo indefinitely. This is a 500 mile per week DD, with occasional autocross in it and maybe even some drags now and then, but first and foremost a DD. Will the DW850s be sufficient to max out the suggested mod list with E85? Will I need a bigger fuel pump?
When I switch to E85 and back to 93 as will sometimes be required, is running it down a little past the second fuel chime good enough? Obviously I swap maps when I swap fuel, but is "almost empty" empty enough?

stock fuel pump runs 240 LPH, so a 255 LPH isn't much improvement.
E85 is slow to warm up the car, so you know, and if you don't let it warm up, might throw a code in the winter.
Sometimes wintertime is actually E70 to ease starting, you may run rich but thats ok

I'll probably run E85 summer and 93 in the winter. My garage is slightly heated (ie I have one vent out there so it's about 40 when it's 0 outside), so warmup won't be bad at home but it could be elsewhere. I'll stick mostly with 93 in the winter and in summer occassions when I can't find E85 (traveling etc).

When I fill up around the second chime, I get about 12.5 gallons in. The tank is supposedly 14.5 gallons. Filling up around the second chime (preferably ~10miles after) with "100% gas" should be fine. Your end result will be something like E10, which is fine. If you're worried about it and it's a long term switch, go easy on it the first half of the tank then top it off with 100% gas again.
