my car is soon going to get a major makeover

so i did my taxes the other day and im getting back a pretty hefty amount so im going to dump the money into the car. (2011 OB) the car is just a DD with no auto x or track time. its basically just a weekend car.

list i am thinking about at the moment:

suspension:
HR springs
Rota DPT 18x9.5 +22 in flat black
not sure about if any other suspension parts would be necessary since its only a dd.

engine:

AMS DP
AMS TP
ETS V2 exteme catback
AMS UICP
AMS LICP
AMS intercooler
AMS or ETS intake
AEM wideband
AEM digital boost gauge
walboro 255

maybe a gimmspeed 3port ebcs

and of course a tune.

im thinking with those mods id be around the 350ish whp mark.
i threw around the idea of E85 but im not sure if i want to do that at the moment.

any ideas or pointers please chime in.

You actually don't even need a intercooler.

What are you hoping to accomplish most?

It looks like your going for power. Are you planning to change turbos in the future?

eventually ill want to upgrade turbos in a couple of years but for now im sticking with the stock one.

for now i just want it to be a reliable dd and still be fun. at the most i want to be around 350-400 whp and torque. with those mods and e85 i think i can get pretty close to that. i was thinking cams but ive read that on the stock turbo they dont do much.

Ams makes very good stuff.. but you're going solely on name when other companies make the same parts just as well for half the price. Getting more power is great... but buy less expensive names and have more money to spend on more stuff and you'll be a lot happier.

You also don't need the the licp as far as I know there is next to no gain.
I for instance had a ultimate racing uicp, drop in filter, turboxs exhaust which had a nice quiet rumble, grimmspeed 3 port, a wideband which I don't recall the brand of at the moment... was told by many to be easier to work with.. a 4" ets ic and the tune from 4ws and made 383 whp on 93... on dyno software keep in mind so those numbers might be off by 10 or 15 but I've always heard they were pretty online with a dynojet.

There are many nice products out there made by nisei ... ultimate racing makes a nice quality product... I don't keep up with them as much now... but others could help you a lot more. Also remember that a turbo swap is a real ***** so you might think about just maxing out what you have.

Also... the Evo is a top notch handling machine... what's the point if suspension mods if its just going to be a dd?

I think you might need injectors with all those parts, yet I doubt you'll need a fuel pump. Doesn't hurt to have the fuel pump.

I agree, you can get lower cost parts, and still achieve the same outcome!

I don't think you'll even need a intercooler, cams would be a better investment.

The factory turbo is the limiting factory.

Personally take out the LICP and the Intercooler and put that money to cams. But I love the lope of an Evo that's been cammed. Stock IC has been good to people, unless they live in Arizona type heat.

*edit* how hot is that part of texas?
