I've read in a couple of places that the front (not rear) pads are interchangeable, and just googled to make sure I didn't miss something. The OEM calipers on the X are larger but the pads are the same fit.

The shift knob is interchangeable. My Greddy counterwieghted works in my GSX and works in a VIII/IX and works in my X.

The wheels and tires is a good one, too.
