2012 exterior (aero) package...
i have a 2012 white evo as well without the aero kit, the side skirts are different between the stock 2012 vs the aero kit 2012, the aero kit sides are bigger/ chunkier. i just ordered the factory aero kit so i'll have before and after pictures next week. it seems mitsu had one skirt for 2008-09 and then a bigger skirt on 2010-2012, and a third skirt that's the biggest for the aero package on all years.

it's hard to say because it came with the car when i bought it.
the kit is ~$1500 MSRP and ~$1350 invoice. since the price i paid for the car was relative to the invoice price, i'm guessing i paid $1350 for it...

the retail if on the car from the factory is 1500, since my evo didn't have it from the factory you have to buy the sides, front, rear, and spoiler gurney separately. the best price i found online was mitsubishiparts.net for 2100 +300 shipping. i ended up going back to the dealership and paid 1850 installed. the breakdown as 10% over invoice and 250 for installation. so for the aero kit(sides, front, rear, and spoiler gurney) i paid 1600 with the 10% dealer profit included.
