Here is a pic of the damage. I dont think i am going to turn it in the the insurance company, because i hit a deer about a year ago and did close to 6,000 in damage. I just dont want to see a huge increase since im only 22.

My last car was rear ended, police report taken, and taken to the shop for a major insurance company to fix and it never ended up on a carfax.

I think we have too much fear about cars that have been hit. I do it to. But in most cases they are put back to factory. I bet a lot of cars we buy new have had some damage. There is no way they can ship that many cars a year, take them off the truck, move them around the lot, take test drives and never get any damage.

I have seen them in shops I worked at, brand new. Shop owner said it was damaged taking it off the truck or moving around the lot.

Maybe just live with the damage until something else runs out in front of you and causes more damage.
We have alot of animals around here and its always just a matter of time.

Your insurance premiums should never increase for a comp claim. If so time to find a new insurance company

+1 Animal collisions are the one thing you can hit that doesn't count as a collision claim on your insurance. They shouldn't raise your premium for it.

The damage doesn't look as bad as I thought but, Yes I would submit a claim.
