spark plugs

anyone ever use anything other than the OEM NGK plugs?

No reason to do so. And from what I've read those that have tried aftermarket plugs e.g. HKS have run into problems and gone right back to OEM.

Yea when the X came out, everyone was trying the HKS plugs, and other stuff, but the OEM ones just worked better.

The key is, despite what you might think, to replace them periodically. This is especially true if you are tuned. These days you can find them for around $9-10 a plug, which isn't too bad. Have an extra set on hand.
