Where should you store your wheel lock?

I learned that lesson long ago when I had my WRX with a new set of Rotas and no locks parked next to a Civic Si with OEM wheels and locks parked right in front of our apartment, and yep one morning his car was on cinder blocks. Dude was so mad that they took his wheels over mine.
