What is the lip on the bottom of the aero lip? Also where can I buy one?

kinda looks like the oem aero lip with a wider rubber piece attached to it

It's the stock x front bumper and factory aero lip. The owner just added the home depot lip as well.

home depo lip is just pieces of rubber, gutter, modding weather stripper that is reshaped and curved to match your lip.
