Yeah mine has the same banner and location as the ones you linked from image shack and photobucket, thinking about changing it just to be different. Order the same banner but only but the E,V,O letters or just the X in the corner of the trunk...donno, don't like the way the banner has odd font to the first to letters and they're not aligned quite right... bugs me...

 

Every badge on trunk gone the day I bought it, BREMBO on calipers gone, been trying to find a spark plug cover that's blank and not tacky (May have to do something custom here)

Next bumper respray the nose will get chopped as well to get rid of the Diamond

If someone else doesn't know what the car is Good!!

I too didn't like the Euro X misaligned letters.

I found a really nice ABS plastic chrome EVOLUTION bage kit on Ebay.
It has a similar font to the 8 Euro and has VIII, IX and X letters too. I guess a multi-purpose kit.

Nice and big lettering. I'm going to give that a whirl. I'm sure it's made in china or something but the quality looks immaculate.

Wasn't very hard at all. I used dental floss, a hair dryer(couldn't find my heat gun) and a combination of goo gone and rubbing alcohol.

AWESOME!! For sure gonna get this! still like the idea of only using the first few letters and going to the corner of the trunk, not a huge fan of spanning across the whole trunk...wonder how this chrome plate would take paint...? thanks for the find

 

I took everything off of the back except for the diamond and the MR badge... then took the evolution badge, cut it and placed it where subies have their STI badge in front.
