atm fuse gauge setup?!

i saw it on here somewhere and i can't find it anymore. it had full detailed instructions and where to purchase the items. please help if someone knows the link to this. thanks in advance!

I picked mine up at autozone. It plugs into a fuse spot and has two fuses, one to replace the fuse that was plugged into and the other for the accessory.
