DEATSCHWERKS 300+LPH maxed put at 455whp

i am kinda disappointed i had tune yesterday and DEATSCHWERKS 300+LPH was maxed out at 455whp 408ftq at 25 psi on e85 where our goal was to run up to set 36psi so now time for 255 double pumper

fp red turbo 25psi and also Fuel Pump Hardwire Installation Kit and upgraded control module so max i would say would be 430whp so if you planing on going over 450whp for sure go with 255 dual walboros

36psi on e85 running a single DW300...

Why not run another DW300 instead of spending more money on two Walbros?

36psi on a single pump is a stretch.

Assuming you are running a 3 bar base pressure, you'd be seeing around 80psi total system pressure at full boost.

A DW300 getting 13.5v flows 250LPH @ 70psi. That is enough fuel for ~1000cc of fuel per injector. You aren't going to get much more than 450whp on E85 and still have some headroom in the pump.

You could run another DW300 in tank, or you could try using a boost-a-pump and getting voltages up to 16v. DW300 @ 16v flows ~300LPH @ 80psi. 300LPH should support around the mid-high 500's with a bit of headroom.

i did used boost a pump up to 16v but still not enough at 25psi car starts to run lean.... so we only reached 450whp, tuner said we should reach around 540-580whp maby... at 36psi or so

Or.... Get a fuel pump designed and rated properly. Any pump that claims a flow rate at zero psi is just playing games. Get a Bosch 044. They flow 300 LPH at 90 psi.

I'm using one and hit 466 hp on e85. Actually almost maxed the ID 1000's
