I'm looking into the GTWORX springs.
Sit just a tad higher than the Swift SPEC-R but lower than the Swift Sport. Exactly what I'm looking for especially for jersey roads.
Heard they are awesome on track and only slightly stiffer than stock.

I have Swift Spec-R. When I was looking around before I got my springs, most people have GTWORX or Swift.

swift and GTWorx are the only ones that really have any performance thought into them - and the GTWorx springs end up having the perfect drop height anyway. buying anything else seems silly imo

I have the Swift Sports and my friend has the Spec-R's, they both offer a conservative drop which is perfect for the less than smooth NY/NJ roads.

For a daily driver, I went for Swift Spec-r, its a good drop but obviously not too low for our F%$#'d up roads. You'll feel a great difference in handling too

What fun! Another "what springs?" thread in which pretty much all the options get mentioned (again). Oh, well. I guess it's better than having all those 0s and 1s sitting around on the couch getting fat.
