ETS LICP and TIALQR recommendation

I had a Synapse Diverter which was giving me problems even after a tune. Perhaps I'm just not lucky with it, even after the Aby.milspec spring.
I decided to get rid of it and purchase a TialQR.
I am running an ETS LICP though.

Is it OK if I weld it onto this j-bend? Is this a decent amount of distance from the throttlebody? I have the flang/adapter piece already.
Or should I trim down the bung to the point of it being nonexistant then mount the flang?

After a little bit of research, ETS was selling this part before with an available option of a Tial Flang. Not sure why they don't anymore.
Constructive thoughts?

Boomba makes an adapter... that will seem to fit into the TialQR underside and from there I can connect the ETS hose than runs into the LICP....

thoughts?

I've built adapters for customers in the past and never had an issue. TiAL offers a wide range of springs and options for the blow off valves so this may be the case when choosing your setup. You need to make sure you pick the right spring for your vacuum setup.

We have had good luck with the TiAL QR and the TurboSmart Plumb Back valves.

If our not running our intake and the blow off valve is in the factory location (top) you may be able to put the QR in the same location by trimming the upper hose slightly. (Difference in blow off valve height)

Thanks!

Almost forgot to mention. We can still build the pipe with a TiAL flange. We never added the option back when we switched web sites. If you run the normal TiAL Q, you will want to run a speed density map so your vehicle will not run rich between shifts and want to stall when coming to a stop.

I disagree with the Synapse route. I have that now and am getting rid of it. Even after tuning for it and trying 3 diff springs. It is whistling asap I am building boost and spring pressure doesn't do anything. I shouldn't have to permanently seal anything myself. Synapse told me to run in Pull since only Push does this whistling. I didn't buy it for pull mode.

Yes, you can either cut the pipe in 2 sections (1 on each side of the bend) and rotate the pipe to put the blow off valve pipe where it needs to go or you can use the hoses you are using now for the synapse and use the push adapter that is pictured above and put the blow off valve in the same location as the synapse is now.

Thanks!

with the adapter you should be able to put it in the same location as the factory blow off valve

This may be very good news for a lot of people !!!
I just hope that the j-bend isn't to far away from the throttle-body as it is recommended to run the valves closer.
But then again, the synapse that I currently have plugged in isn't causing any "bucking/lift issues" other than the damn annoying whistling.

Thoughts Mike?
Thank you so much for your reply btw

I should have mine in 2 days. Then I am throwing it on and retuning.
Looks very promising

Think I am going to purchase the recommended "fatter" 1/4mm vacuum line and redo my boost gauge since it is currently T'd off into there. Now where to tap that line into lol
