Still waiting on my 13' WW Evo SS, and Sunroof leather with Nav options.
I was told mid October. But they don't even have a date yet from
Hopefully maybe I'll at least get a date sometime this week
I found a few that are still in my area without all the options. I'll be tracking
once in a while and some Time Trials with NASA. But Not all the time, just a fun
car to drive out on the country roads and sometimes going to the track.
So I thought the extra options would be nice to have when not on the track.
Just ranting, sorry for taking up bandwidth. Just seeing everyone get there's and
even seeing some not too far away just loaded differently. And I'm still waiting.
I've even looked at other makes and models. But for the money, the Evo seems
to be the one to get for performance.

 

I secretly sunk the tanker with your car bwahaha!!!...no but mine got delayed about a month when I ordered it..they should be able to give you the shipping manifest from Japan. Mine had the VIN and name of the ship and all options and stuff on it..I think mine was supposed to be here at the end of may but I didnt get it until first week of July...which dealer did you go to and whose your sales guy?

Its ordered at Mitsubishi North off 23. Sales guy was Kevin Moses and dealing
some I think with Wes for pricing...
It was originally supposed to be Nov 11th. But they said moved it up to
Mid Oct just no date yet. They told me this about a month ago.

 

damn that sucks man!! definitely worth the wait though, i just picked up my '13 ww x on saturday.

A local buddy of mine has an Silver 2011 MR. I've installed his mods and have helped
some with tuning. So on a plus I have been learning a lot on these cars before I get
mine. He's let me drive it a little also to keep my hopes up

 

Yeah Wes is a cool guys....I think I know which one Kevin is...every time I go in Wes asks me if I've bombed the warranty yet lol

 

thanks man. and its defitinitely helpful to have worked on one before. i actually traded my 2010 Special Edition in for the GSR, not a fan of the SST on an Evo

 

I'm a manual guy too. The SST is neat, but I prefer a manual.

I had a relatively similar situation happen to me..

Although its kinda interesting that the 2012 didn't come out until the first half of this year vs the year before. I wonder what changed this year.

 

I didn't know that. Sometimes I wonder if didn't even know when they were
going to stop production on the X.

 

I didn't get my car until Jan of this year ( ordered in late Oct! ), and i had one of the first ones here in SFL . So its weird that this year they released the 13's early.

 

I believe your 13 made a stop in Dallas first and I picked it up!! Sorry had to rub it in a little. Just picked up mine on the 21st last month.

 

She finally made here guys! Just thought I would update!
Here a few pictures of right before I took off in her.
I almost didn't buy her. I went back to the dealer and got my deposit
back. I was having a hard time spending that much on a car.
But I got a call still when she arrived. And I decided to still go take a look
at her. Should have known better than that. But I'm happy with the
purchase.
