i'm in the market for an HFC and found that turboxs is one of the affordable ones out there and i'm considering this brand.

for those who has the turboxs high flow cat, does it throw a CEL? i have a cobb AP for it.

i do not want a testpipe.

 

I used to have it until I got a test pipe. When I had it I did throw a cel. Pick up a couple anti-foulers and drill one of them to screw the sensor in. That'll prevent the cel. For more detailed instructions you can just google "how prevent cel with anti foulers." Good luck man

 

I am currently running the TurboXS turbo back w/ the high flow cat, never threw any codes for me.

 

was the test pipe alot louder than HFC or it was wasnt too bad?

 

it wasnt too bad. you could only really hear a difference at wot. not that its a good comparison, but a friend of mine switched from stock cat to test pipe on his borla cbe and the difference was very noticeable.

 

I have a Depo HFC no CEL, price wise i think its even cheaper.
