It's so refreshing to see another asshat suggest felony fraud and at the same time drive our Evo insurance rates up.
I have a 2012 WRX and its been hit twice already. Both times by 2 different elderly women. I feel that ever since i bought my car, I've gotten into more "close calls" than when i had my used car. Good luck.
My 11' just got out of the shop. I was stopped at a red light in a turn lane and the guy behind me said he couldn't see the light and assumed it turned green.
The damage was barely visible to see, but I could feel the bumper cover was deformed.
The the kicker, I just got it back from the bodyshop yesterday. The shop put 5 miles on the odometer, and went through an 1/8 of a tank. I have the impression they joy-rided it and I'm not sure what to do about it since If I complain it will seem subjective.

although it sucks that your car got damaged, this may be a good opportunity for you to upgrade to an aftermarket intercooler. More than likely, your IC got damaged from the accident, and needs to be replaced. I'm sure for the price of the OEM, you can purchase a much better one.
