Brembo stickers

I need to have my calipers refinished soon.

Did everyone else who's needed new stickers just buy them from ebay? I don't want these to melt away.

You could trace the outline of the stickers and make a cut out that will cover the entire brembo minus the words like a stencil. That way, you can paint with high temp paint in any color.

Me and a buddy of mine repainted the Brembos on his Evo VIII, we used the stickers from EBay and havent had an issue yet. As long as their a high temp vinyl then I'd say go for it.

Get some high temp paint and a Brembo stencil.

There are vendors here on EvoM that sell them.

I thought I read somewhere that having the word "Brembo" on the brakes makes them dust more and grab less, no matter what calipers and pads you're running. But that might just be an internet rumor, tee hee.

Hadn't been a year yet, just over an oilchange....no problems to note though. Whichever way you decide to go best of luck.

I researched the hell out of the longevity and couldn't find jack....I'm sure now that I said that I'll have all sorts of links in following posts.

Here are the ones I ordered: http://www.ebay.com/itm/271036113943...84.m1439.l2649

I ordered two sets and I am glad I did. They can be a bit tricky removing them from the plastic. Some of the letters (they are individual) didn't want to come off the backing. I ended up running a razor edge along the bottom as I was lifting it off. That worked out well but not after I had screwed up one of the letters and couldn't get it to line up. So, I recommend getting two or more sets since they are pretty inexpensive.

I still can't figure out why the Brembos on the EVO's end up turning to crap. I sold my SRT8 last year (it was a 2006) and the Brembo's looked close to they way they were when I purchased the car.

Look up Overnight Decals from Japan on FB. I've seen them have some before.

Curious about the stencil idea as I want to paint the Brembo graphic in temperature paint, for tracking caliper temps. Can someone point me to a stencil?
