2 car seats, 2 strollers & an empty trunk? No problem.

Just a quick post to show how we fit two rear facing car seats and two strollers into the Evo X, leaving the entire trunk available for shopping or luggage. Both car seats are using latch, and there's a good amount of room for the driver to move the seat back. The strollers do limit how far the seat can go back, but it's not bad (I'm 5'8" and I can move it back until I can't pilot the car.). Without the strollers, the drivers seat has full range. Passenger seat is not bad, but can't get a kicked back angle and lots of leg room. Either/Or. But still totally comfortable for someone my height, and spacious for my wife.

The EvoX is the only car we own that can hold baby seats. No mini van necessary! Our girls are 16 months old now and people keep telling us we need to get a mini van or SUV. We take the Evo to costco and can fill one of those huge costco carts and tetris all the booty into the trunk, back seat floor area (we leave the strollers at home since Costco has the dual kid shopping carts).

Strollers:
1st Years Jet. 5-point harness, very light, fits smaller kids (which we were looking for), lots of color combos.

car seats:
Combi Coccoro.

It can be done, sure. But, I caved in and bought a van. Soooo much more comfortable and plenty of room. Plus, the little one can watch mickey mouse clubhouse and eat cheerios in comfort

Wow. That's pretty good you fit everything in the back seat. Now i can show me wife that a evo x can be used for a family car.

Thank for posting up the pictures.

These cars are very flexible. One time I had 3 front facing seats in my 2008 Evo. It was tight, but it worked.

Ya, it's not a show car anymore. 2.5 years of commuting, travelling, snowboarding, and parking lots, and another 1.5 years of being a mini-van, will take it's toll.

Wife refuses to drive a mini van or suv. So we make do. I'll try to get those wheels washed today, maybe when the girls are napping.... nah, f -that. i'm gonna nap when they nap... if you've got twins, you know what i mean...

Anyways, thanks for looking, and hopefully this thread will come up in the searches for future car seat and stroller questions.

Had plenty of suv's through the years, just not as versatile as the van and don't feel sorry for me at a redlight, I have my evo at home
