Both are cheap and looks nice but how is fitment and quality?Maybe both are crap and should look for something better quality. I want a quiet exhaust.

I have the Megan. Fits fine, sounds nice, doesn't break the bank. I haven't had any problems with it.

You will most likely throw a code from your rear 02 sensor since it will be reading too much exhaust flow. That can easily be fixed with a spacer or it can be disabled.

A coworker of mine got an ETS V2 quiet, and the Megan ios definitely smoother and quieter than that. He has a HFC and I have a test pipe, my car is still significantly quieter and the exhaust sounds like a steady tone, where as his still sounds like a series of explosions..

The megan exhaust has a resonated midpipe to help with drone and noise unlike the cnt.

Out of the two I would choose the CNT, personally. I like the fitment, sound, look - all for a reasonable price.

I have to say as far as customer service goes ETS is over the top. The quality welds on the downpipe alone told me enough that everything I will buy will be through them. Just a little bit of my .02.
