If that is true, definitely pick up Griots Garage stuff. They make top notch products. Otherwise, I have used the Turtle Wax Ice which is also good, but Adam's products are probably my favorite...can pick it up online.

Meguiar's D180 for the leather
Meguiar's M40 for the plastic and vinyl cleaning
Meguiar's D45 for plastic and vinyl dressing

It's all from Meguiar's Professional line so you'll need to get it from an auto body supply shop. If it's sold at Walmart...don't put it on your car!

small amount of dish soap (unscented) and water. If you don't want to do that, use some Kiwi shoe cleaner:

I use the Meguiar's interior detail spray and it does a fantastic job. Also, Chemical Guys sells a cleaner by the name of VRP I believe and it restores the plastics real well keeping them new with that wet black look. I use it to clean my dash amongst other things.

No one mentioned whats causing the dust.
To stop the dust you need to Vacuum the carpet really good.

when you do start wiping down dont rub the plastic to hard or you'll burn it.
To remive stubborn areas, spray, let sit and gently wipe off. Never push hard and rub like hell to remove stain/dirt.

They also sell a anti-static spray cleaner that's used on electronics. I guess it negatively charges the surface??
I see them all the time in the furniture polish section.

If you want to prevent dust use Adams total interior detail. This is experience coming from a professional detailer, it protects with spf30 ph balanced from the sun and has dust prevention, gives oem shine nothing to glossy or retarded looking. For suede use a micro fiber and damp it then vacuum it.

Damp cloth you say. . .wife dropped some chocolate on my passenger side...might go with a reputable suede cleaner for better results. On a side note, can't you just use normal upholstery cleaner? If a soap and water solution is okay then cleaner specific to car fabric should suffice correct?

I use the armor all clean wipes followed by the protectant wipes after the previous wipes dampness has dried enough.
