Yea the double pumper was ok, I did a ton of testing of that kit with the founder and it never seemed right. I'm going to single pump kit, never had issues with them and I will never touch or give DW an ounce of my business.

 

I think most of it is just inherent issues of the Evo X hangar honestly. But that and the issue of the 2nd pump needing a check valve (which i didn't know until way later) which helped with leaning out on spool, and the fact that at half a tank it would be almost a full point leaner vs full tank I said F that.

I had success with DW honestly but that being said I am going straight ID on my car now, their new 1300's. That with a radium surge tank, no more screwing around and hopefully I will have a car that works, even in turns.

Anyway, the single pump kit should be perfectly fine, good luck and can't wait to see some e85 results.

969 miles on the car now.

Today I installed 1kcc injectors, GM 3 port and zeitronix wideband.

Tomorrow install test pipe, blaqops fuel pump kit w/ wally 255 and rear sway bar.

 

Nice to hear you got a new 2014 X.

After they stole my Evo VIII, I think you remember it also had 500+ HP on the stock motor, I purchased a new 2013 X MR my self.

A little different than the VIII, but it is more refined.

Good to hear the tune alone made that much difference.

I just got some intercooler pipes and I am going to order an intake, and downpipe/test pipe, then tune it.

But I am very happy how it went 13.3@102+ mph in the 1/4 mile a few days ago bone stock MR. I had the car on the scales and it weighted at 3800 lbs. Got 1560 miles on it now.

This new cars are performing well.

I will follow your progress.
