Ummm, yes. A body shop would have no problem. I estimate $413.61.

I will do it with touch up paint for $30. It won't be perfect...but you didn't stipulate perfect.

 

Bad body work. Somebody taped off the grill then shot the paint too thick. When they pulled tape it left bad adhesion. You'll need the entire bumper redone. If you do it yourself Except for actual spraying, figure $300. I'd look for a painter on craigslist.

 

just use touch up paint for the time being, wait some for some more chips and repray the whole car.
