White smoke at WOT- Oil in Intercooler piping?

The car runs nice and strong but is losing a bit of power and there's always white smoke during wot. I have yet to remove the intercooler piping but something's telling me they're covered in oil. I haven't been going WOT for some time and my tool kit is back in LA. Drives well, fuel economy is steady and still has some punch to it. The turbo isn't doing too well tho, I smell a new one coming soon. I guess I put the catch cans on too late.

The video is currently being rotated (youtube taking it's sweet time):

My other question is, how do I clean the ICP and the FMIC? Is this guide sufficient enough? http://www.instructables.com/id/How-...r/step4/Clean/

Is there anything else anybody would like to add?

Does the turbo need to be cleaned too?

Edit: the smoke has a diesel- ish smell to it. Guessing the oil-fuel mixture? I'm no chemist, just guessing.

head gasket for sure, although gone turbo seals will give you a little white smoke. Check for any leakage on the turbo first. Head gasket is an easy job. (kinda).

Turbo seals are gone, need to rebuild or buy a new turbo. Head gasket won't leak oil in to the IC piping.

Last time I checked there was oil which I cleaned up, this was about two months ago. Haven't checked the piping since, which I will do once I'm back home.
About 3 weeks ago my coolant was leaking from the overflow tank at one point. This was after I overshot to 30+ psi or so and the car bogged down and it sounded like a coupler went out. This as about 3 weeks ago, all the couplers were in tact.

Idk about easy. How long does it take for a shop to replace it?

Not much cash right now, once I've saved up enough for everything I want, then I'll build her

if it was a headgasket wouldnt this this be pretty easy to check either a compression test or just check for antifreeze in the oil ?

If its you head gasket (and I agree with this, its not the turbo) there are two things to look for. check your anti freeze, if its black or looks burnt, that means you have fuel going into your anti freeze which happens quite often with a head gasket. the other thing to look for is if you have anti freeze in your oil.

When you check your anti freeze drain it straight out of the rad, don't use the overflow to check this.

If it was your turbo you would get black smoke coming out of it before the white smoke.
