Next step? Easy...search and read through the myriad of posts and threads on this very topic. Then come back with any specific questions.

There's tons of options to choose from. We need to know your budget and goals first.

That's really vague. Drive the car, what do you crave?
Sound? Catback, test pipe, downpipe
More air? UICP, intercooler, LICP
Those are basics. In the end you're gonna need a tune.
Since you have a aftermarket BOV you should already be tuned. Ask your tuner on what to do next.

Get a tune if you just want more power. That's going to be the biggest difference. If you don't have a goal and a budget it's really hard to help you out because you're going to get 10000 different opinions. If I were you I'd get an exhaust, test pipe/high flow cat, electronic boost control solenoid and then get a tune to make the biggest difference.

Actually you need to figure out what you want first then get recommendations from pple who own Evos. The majority of users on this forum own Evos, your question is just to vague and you need to be more specific. For example you can say: I have unlimited amount of money and I want to make my evo run 9 sec in the quarter mile. If your question is specific you will get more help.

I would get a catback + testpipe. But that is MY opinion and what I'm aiming for at the moment. To those who are more knowledgable ( sorry don't meet to thread jack ) after I install my catback do i absolutely need a tune right away? Because I want to do a few other mods and then tune it all at once so I only have to do it once. or should i just wait, buy everything at once and then get it tuned?

Catback is ok without tune. So is an intake that doesn't mess with the stock MAF. Aside from that gather parts then tune.
