Pop Clip Fastner Tool
Pop Clip Fastner Tool
I would like to know what tool people have had success with for removing these stubborn clips. I picked up this tool from Amazon but the forks are too thick to get under the center pop part of the clip.
I know folks here are taking parts off their Evo’s all the time so it can’t be that hard or there would be more threads on the topic. I don’t want to be destroying clips so any info on the proper tool or tips of the trade would be most appreciated.

I used a tool almost identical to this for taking my door panels off. Worked really well! The one that you linked has a little rubber grommet to help keep from goofing up the paint. With that on there, I'm not sure if that will fit. You may have to remove that in order to get it up under the door.
Also, I never did get the plastic clips "into" the V of the panel popper. I just ended up getting it really close then pressing up on the plastic of the door and they came right off. I didn't break a single one. But do take your time doing this. Try to do it in when its warm as well.
