I had a minor accident that took off the corner of my front bumper. It really isn't bad but it's driving me nuts. Dealer tells me it's about 850.00 to get just that before mounting and painting.

Anyone have a different suggestion for me? Would be appreciated.

For that price you can buy a whole new cover.

 

I had a minor accident as well back in December. I ended up needing a new bumper cover and was indeed $800. The paint was chipped around the grill and the manager at the shop said it would crack when reinstalling the bumper. Therefore a new one was approved by the insurance adjuster. I couldn't tell you how much the cost increased tho because they low balled the estimate to begin with.
