Help me identify this sound.

This noise started today while I was driving to pick up lunch. Video was taken while the car was off, key out of the ignition. The noise stopped as I was driving home, before I left the parking lot.

Any ideas?

Thanks, Im leaning this way myself. Are there any ways to test the pump? Im not getting a CEL or anything and the noise hasnt come back. I checked the fluid when the car had been sitting for a few hours and it was dead on the max line.
