fog light question

So, over the weekend, a piece of tread from a semi truck tire hit the passenger side fog light. The whole assembly is loose on the lower right side, so I'm sure it broke some clips or something.
Does anyone have a copy of the service manual that shows how the fog light mounts and secures to the bumper?

Don't you have to remove the bumper to remove the lights? I know you can unscrew the cover to remove the bulb/

You can remove the bulbs from under the car (though in a GSR the passenger side is a bit more difficult with the cooler scoop there... might be like that on both sides of the MR). That being said, removing the bumper is an EASY job if you read the tutorial and are careful. Realistically you can do it with the car on the ground (though it's easier with the front end raised a bit to give you clearance for the bolt/clips in the wheel wells.

I actually just had my bumper off and put in HID fogs this past weekend. I probably could have done the drivers side from under the car but it would have been a PITA to find a place to mount the HID ballast and whatnot.

In any case, if you want to remove the fog light housing to tighten something up you have to take the bumper off to my knowledge. I don't see any way around it. Don't be fearful - it's not hard. There is a write up on here somewhere. Have a second person to assist you for about 15 minutes when you actually pull it off / lift it up to put it back on. FWIW I do it by myself (being bigger with a good wingspan) but had help the first time. Have something soft to set it on like cardboard or towels.
