Can an accessport be used for any vehicle, or is it pre set to a certain make/model when bought from cobb? I don't need my ap for my evo anymore, so my buddy with a wrx wants to buy it from me. It's not married to my car anymore. Is it a simple matter of just loading up the proper maps for his car, and getting rid of the old evo maps?

 

I don't believe so. I think they are vehicle specific.

 

No, they are specific to certain manufacturers and year ranges. Your friend will not be able to use your AP.
