hey guys, so im currently running a cobb intake with a forge bov off of it. i wanna switch over to a tial bov, and correct me if im wrong but dont tial bov's have to be welded onto the upper intercooler piping? If so, what do i do with the place my forge bov is now? do i just plug it? or do i need to get a new intake or what..also do i need a certain brand of upper intercooler piping? I have cobb right now.

 

also currently have the stock maf sensor, not sure if that makes a difference..

 

I run a tial BOV, i bought my intercooler piping from ETS and had them weld on the Vband. i can send upload a picture to show you if you'd like.

 

im guessing you have the QR version then right? yes please send a picture i would love to see it!

 

Look into the Tial Sport QRJ... Running it on my Evo 9 and I love it.

They also make a universal hose flange so a Tial BOV can be installed without welding.
