Bumper removal when installing lowe I/C pipe??

Just like the title says, do you have to remove the front bumper when installing the ETS lower intercooler pipe?

IIRC you can manage to get it by just removing the skid plate from underneath... but I could be wrong, it has been a long while since I put mine on. Worth a try though, start by removing your skid plate and if you cant get to it, no time lost, as you would have to take most of it off to take off the bumper anyhow.
