My gf just want a mr with 3k miles, look like the previous owner did a evo x test pipe and a grimspeed ebc, I think the dealership re-flashed the Ecu. It's only running between 12-15psi with the ap stage 1 map. I don't see the grimspeed ebc on the car so I'm assuming he put the stock one back on. My question is why is it boosting so low?
