As long as you're tuned and you're not throwing any codes, you should be fine.

All they did was plug in their OBDII and look for codes.

It was in Fairfax County, VA.

I got into an argument when I had my last evo(VIII) fully straight piped. Everywhere I went they would fail me because they could visually see there is no cat.
