rear o2 sensor and NYS

rear o2 sensor and NYS
I'm looking for a little advice. I no longer have a rear o2 sensor and have gotten away without popping a CEL by disabling it on my Accessport.
Low and behold, now it's time for my yearly inspection. I'm allowed to have one monitor not "ready" but with no o2, i'll throw the code for that aswell has the code for the o2 heater.
looking for a fast and easy fix just go be able to get rid of one of them. Any suggestions?
