I'm fairly certain if you want a full exhaust you'll need to get a tune. Might find a cat back that doesn't need one? My cobb exhaust wouldn't work for you, not loud enough.

What's better ETS V2 or ultimate racing exhaust? For loudness that is.. I don't think you need a tune for the ETS V2 or Extreme Exhaust. . Do you?

Looking for single or dual exit? There are a variety of options that are loud, ETS has some loud ones. I just put the Tomei Expreme single on mine (though I have no cat), and it is much louder than my Invidia Q300 I had.

or.... you could just unbold the muffler on the exhaust and that should be pretty damn loud! And for the extra rice effect just unbold it from the cat!

I want to do a ets exaust but neither of them come with a cat and im assuming when you delete a cat you need a tune. I currently have the corsa catback exaust which sounds pretty nice under acceleration but it is not loud enough for me. So im looking for the loudest exaust but i would need to keep the cat due to needing a tune? Im still new to the car so im still learning.

Yes you would need to keep the cat otherwise a tune would most likely be needed. Just get a single exit exhaust it most likely will be much louder and make sure it has no resonators in it as well.

I'm not understanding the issue, keep the cat that's already on your car and get a ETS exhaust.....

Get a test pipe resonated to look like a cat and the tuner can make it pass since no sniff test on 2015. too much hp lose with cat.

for noise no muffler is loudest way. The Loudest is when exhaust gas just exits straight up. Most manufacturers will use same gauge steel. THe biggest factor is mufflers and resonators. Take them out and ultra loud

There is a difference between loud and good sounding. ETS has nice exhaust. I own a ets single exit that is straight piped 3" that has a 4" tip. It sounds beautiful and is very loud. Now I run it catless with the ETS test pipe. It pretty much sounds like a race car and does not sound ricey at all. My dads evo x has the ETS v2 extreme dual exit with the stock cat. Sounds VERY nice and it is loud also. Videos dont replicate the sound well at all. Both exuasts are very light aswell.
