HELP: 2015 EVO GSR, whining at idle :(

I have a 2015 EVO GSR with 3,000 miles on it. I bought it at 2,500 miles and it felt brand new to me. Changed the oil/filter, installed a cosworth panel filter, and let her sit for about a week. Went to start her up today and I hear this whining at idle now, seems to come from the center of the car. Seems like I hear it too when I'm driving.

Please take a listen... is this normal? I don't think it's the cosworth filter, the airbox itself is silent. Help

I crawled underneath the car while it was running, the whine seems to be coming form the passenger rear area, almost directly underneath the fuel tank. Is it the fuel pump? the sound is not coming from the front of the car.

It's possibly your fuel pump, or ayc pump possibly. I'd take it to the dealership and have them sort it. No modifications I presume?

I have the same sound and its an 08, i wouldn't worry about it, pretty sure its either the AYC or the fuel pump
