It not as easy as making a change like you would for the intake calibration. You really need to log the car during a few pulls and adjust fuel/timing etc to compensate. I'd recommend bringing it to a tuner or having it e-tuned just so nothing goes wrong. BTW the Cobb maps are relatively safe so you'll be fine without making adjustments, you just won't be taking advantage of the parts potential.
