Mitsu racks are made by Thule. Quality is not an issue.
BUT! The picture is for a Sportback. Only the Sportback have a plastic cover you remove and there is a hole for this rack to plug in to. (The plug-n'-play roof rack is the ONE way the Ralliart Sportback is very superior to the EVO X. Yep, in this one way.)
You would need a lancer sedan/EVO X- specific rack.

Yakima roof rack worked great for me. Go to their website to build it out (very easy to spec out). Install was pretty straightforward following their recommended lengths.
It don't require any modification to the vehicle. I recommend putting the protective pads (which come with it) on the vehicle where the clips mount. But I used mine quite a bit for hauling mountain bikes and it worked great with no damage to the vehicle and a very secure fit.

What Veronica said, that mitsu rack is made by Thule and it will not work on USDM Evos, only RA Sportbacks with their rain gutter mounting points. Photos from my RA Sportback:
European Evos have these mounts too but USDM Evos do not.
For USDM Evo, use the Thule clamp style like I have on my Evo 10:
Parts are for feet and clamps:
Thule 480R Rapid Traverse Foot Pack
Thule Traverse Fit Kit 1477
Top load bars and clamp mounts for ski/snowboard (like shown in my photos):
Thule RB47 47 Inch Rapid Load Bars
Thule 91725 Universal Flat Top 6
Ends being about $400-$500

I can vouch for the thule clamp style on the x. I have had mine on for just over a year and absolutely no issues at all. The installation is super easy and multi functional.

i had the yakima roof rack, 2 bike trays w/ faring on my first x. Never got over 20mpg on the freeways ever w/ it...never. I'm using a thule raceway pro trunk rank on my current X. At least I can enjoy some better mpg for a while. Ave 23ish on freeways @ 80-85. Using masking tape to help protect the paint

the down side of the trunk rack would be a MTB w/ carbon wheels and the front wheel is dipped closer the exhaust. My MTB are alum so I don't worry about it. And I only carry one bike for now.
Either system will effect the paint to some degree since the car isn't always clean. The dirt works its way in there and the weight of the bikes cause the very minor scuff. I'm sure they can be clay barred and buffed out. Haven't gone there yet.
The advantage of the roof rack is if you use it ALLOT, like ride 3-6days a week and not starting from home. those 4mpg lost may sound small but over 10-20k miles thats allot of wasted gas money. But it does look pretty good w/ it on as well.
