Well Integra is legendary isnt it? And set the bar pretty high. I know guys who still drive them as a purist drivers car. As for Evo, I'm not sure of the entire story but I do know they decided to go the rally route rather than F1 to prove themselves and started with the Gallant (after racing in Africa etc) then the Evo. I guess they did get lucky to a degree as a lot of manufacturers were trying to make a name for themselves with marquee cars. I still remember the first time I saw one (Jackie Chan movie) and said out loud "WTF is that?!?!" The only reason I didn't buy one right away was I was more familiar with the WRX but I wish I had, to be honest. I love the VIII and IX.

I've been thinking of selling mine but truthfully I'd have a hard time parting with it for anything less than an early Viper which I know is a completely different car but I love them for their complete rawness and harshness.

Earlier today my wife told me I should keep the Evo (she loves it) and buy a little DD for daily abuse and put the Evo in the garage for the winters.

 

if i had to decide which car was more fun, between the R and the Evo.. i dunno. both, for different reasons. i give the Evo the edge because of how aggressive i can be. i'd still love another R, but that just doesn't make much sense.
was the Chan movie Rumble In The Bronx? i can't remember.. but yeah. i was like "wow" haha.

hopefully all this psyches up OP haha. since we're off topic and all LOL.

i daily my Civic. it saves me a ton of money, i can eat/drink while driving (A/T), and it's quiet haha. daily drivers FTW.
