about to get the v2 kit from driven, double checking before i click purchase & just wanted to make sure it would fit.

- the silicone vacuum fitting that goes over the 90degree oem plastic intake bung will fit with no issues on the metal ETS intake to drivers side valve cover fitting?

I have had no issues with the fittings that are placed on my ets 4 inch intake and stock intake manifold. Add zip ties and you should not have an issue.
