The primary benefit of a widemouth downpipe is that is supplies a buffer zone for the exhaust gas leaving turbo, making the engine and turbo more responsive and the car slightly more fun to drive. The widemouth downpipe is usually not considered as a power mod.
FP Green with bolt-ons usually puts down about 400 whp at peak, which is about the limit of how much the stock internals can handle. Based on what we know about the community, by unleashing such monstrous power, the Evo becomes a fierce car that less than 1% of the Evo owners can track the car at its limit. Therefore, can you elaborate a bit more on why you are looking for even more power?

I have an Evo 9 RS that I use as a track car right now.
I'm looking for more power for my X just for fun street driving. Their so much heavyier then the 9s that 400whp is gonna feel like 350whp in the 9s
Right now spool isn't the best with the FP green so maybe it's time to look into an 02 housing
