Did a small insignificant driver mod today. +5 whp to my brain:

The ECU very easily compensates for this because it can measure the change. It has a temperature sensor in the Manifold and the MAF measures the increased air flow. It simply adds more fuel to make the same air to fuel ratio as before.
2) As alluded to before, a colder air charge means less knock potential. But this is assuming that you've heat soaked your old IC. And I'm pretty sure Bradze does on the track.
3) Adding a FMIC will NOT lean you out. Nor will adding a hard pipe.
A lower ICP is not needed on the X. The 8/9's did the lower all the time because their lower is our upper. i.e. their lower is their hot side, where as our upper is our hot side.
As with anything on the car, you can change it if it makes you feel better. But that is not Bradze's style.
There's always the option of getting an e-tune as well, but that's another story. All you have to ask yourself is this, "does the intake I want use the stock MAF housing, or does it replace it?"
If it uses the stock MAF housing like K&N and ETS, then you should be fine.
If it replaces the housing with a bracket mount on the piping for the sensor, you need a tune.
I will disagree with everyone here. I think that a fuel pump, especially a inline one, will change the LTFT's and might require some tweak of MAF/Inj. scalings. Changing fuel pressure in anyway will change the LTFT's. I know this from personal experience. Only way to know if to check fuel pressure before the fuel pump install and then after the install.
Installed this DEI hood lining to cut down on engine noise at 75mph. Will be keeping an eye on temps but a test drive showed them unchanged. The engine is much too boomy for me at speed.
I finished relocating the windshield washer fluid bottle. Or rather replacing it. Bought a 1 liter bottle on Amazon and squeezed it behind the battery. Still have to see if the rear seat will fit ok though.
The last shot is of the spray coverage. Must admit it's not that strong and high. I ended up pushing the nozzles up a bit which helped. Will see how they perform at speed.
But the trunk space that this frees up is worth more to me than the spray strength, rarely ever use it anyway. I can slide a full size airplane suitcase straight in and still have trunk space free.
And while I had the rear seat out, I put a spare sheet of mass loaded vinyl, and put some felt material I got off amazon. This helped a lot with road noise, surprisingly. And it lowered the sub a bit, which I thought was way too powerful for our rattly interiors:
