JSC Speed problems
It seems like this vendor is having some issues, anyone know what the hell is going on over there?
I placed an order a few days ago, no confirmation email, they charged my card.... The order status says completed in my order history.
I called two days in a row, the VM says sorry we can't answer right now.
I sent an email this morning, no response.
So I called my credit card company and canceled the order.
I looked at their Facebook, it looks like a number of people are having the same issue.
Am I missing something here? These guys used to have their shiz together back in the day, I didn't think ordering anything from them would have ever been an issue.
